For the common goal in enhancing the capabilities of children with weaknesses in reading and learn to love books, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Roberto J. Montero, EdD., CECE led the launch of the reading clinic in KCES-1 last November 14, 2016."You started your Reading Program strong, hope you will end up strong, too". This was the challenged left by Montero in the leadership of Marlou M. Drilon, the principal and Cherry B. Bermudez, PTA President. The launching was a successful one and it was attended by the teachers, the reading recipient pupils and other visitors.
In addition to this is the recognition of KCES - 1 Reading Clinic as one of the best reading clinic in Koronadal City.
